1) Items are not to be exchanged or to be given a refund when sold.
2) Prices given excludes postage charges. That is IF u request for postage.
3) Bank Transfer by POSB. OR by Concealed cash (AT YOUR OWN RISK!)
4) Additional Charges for transport if meet-up is far away.
5) We're not responsible for the items lost in mail.
6) Orders given cannot be changes upon confirmation.
7) NO DEAD BUYERS PLEASE. I had enough of these people.
8) ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE IN GOOD CONDITION UNLESS STATED.
9) If two people are interested, bidding will occur.
10) Dont be late for meet-ups or else I'll have to charge additional $1 for making me wait!
